The person that reviews the information for cat adoption is very condescending. Treated me as if I was a liar on my cat adoption application. I understand being cautious. However, I have rescued cats my whole life and have a great relationship with our cats vet. The tragic part is a homeless cat sat in a cage alone while the person reviewing the application played games. At least call and tell me I wasn’t accepted. Maybe she was scared to because she had no reason to deny me. Except for the fact she didn’t like me. I can’t help but conclude it’s because I have a TBI and she didn’t find my answers fluent enough. Which is prejudice.
The tragedy is for the cat!
When I first met the cat the lady assisting my daughter and I even complimented us on our interaction with the cat. She genuinely liked how the cat interacted with us.
Sadly prejudice against different types of people runs rampant.
The lines can be long, but the value of the products is great.
They have the most adorable little dog treats, awesome cat toys, and beautiful fish decorations. I love the new "Treats" program! It definitely adds to the experience.

They don't care for the animals properly and it shows. The cockatiel is so stressed it has been plucking and damaging it's feathers. They are leaving the fish tanks filthy and uncared for. There are acctually fish dead and rotting in the tank so long they have begun to be skeletonized/eaten by the other fish. This is in every tank. As you can see some of the worst ones in the photos and you can see how filthy and dark the tanks are. It's horrendous don't shop here.
We went to get our cats nails clipped for the first time and Katie (I think this was her name) was so kind and sweet to both of us. She was incredibly gentle with our cat and we will be coming back. :)

Not usually a good experience. I feel terrible for the employees because it's usually the (I edited out the bad word) manager creating the problems for them!

I took my dog here today for her first grooming experience. She's a 2 year old 100 pound dog, and due to being a pandemic puppy never got a chance to go to the groomers. We recently had a mobile groomer try to do her grooming but due to a few circumstances wasn't able to, so we thought we'd try PetSmart being that we'd taken our older dog there prepandemic for pawdicures. Zoe did the grooming today and was very sweet upon our first meet, explained everything that the appointment entailed, took special considerations for my dogs skin and coat as well as altering the order of what is usually done to best suite my dogs needs and help her through the experience. Everything went off with a hitch and my dog is soft, shiny, and smells great! I already booked an appointment with Zoe for my other dog and will be booking with her from here on out. Thank you so much ❤️
